Booking Terms & Conditions

By booking with HELIKRO HOLIDAYS PVT LIMITED, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms outline the booking process, cancellation policy, payments, and other essential information.

1. General Information

These terms and conditions apply to all bookings made with HELIKRO HOLIDAYS PVT LIMITED, located at 223/30, Sarojani Garden, Hokandara South, Sri Lanka, 10118. We are a travel agency committed to providing you with the best experience possible.

2. Booking Process

Bookings are made once you submit your request and pay a deposit. Confirmation will be sent to you once your payment is received. If the requested booking cannot be confirmed, you will be notified and provided with alternatives.

Deposit: A deposit is required to secure your booking.

Confirmation: Once confirmed, your booking is subject to these terms and conditions.

3. Payment Schedule

Upon Receipt of Travel Voucher: Up to 30% of the total cost.

45 Days Before Departure: Full payment required.

Late Payments: Payments must be made within seven days. Failure to do so may result in cancellation.

4. Cancellation Policy

Before 45 Days of Departure: A full refund of the deposit minus any non-refundable fees.

Within 45 Days of Departure: No refund for cancellations made after this period.

5. Amendments of Bookings

Any changes to your booking may incur additional charges. Requests for amendments must be made in writing and are subject to availability.

6. Travel Insurance

We highly recommend that you obtain comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage for cancellations, delays, and medical emergencies, before your trip.

7. Travel Documents

It is your responsibility to ensure you have the correct travel documents, including passports, visas, and other entry requirements. HELIKRO HOLIDAYS is not responsible for any issues caused by missing or invalid documents.

8. Health & Safety

You must comply with all health and safety regulations. If you have any health concerns, please inform us at the time of booking.

9. Customer Information

All information provided must be accurate and up-to-date. Your personal information will be used solely for travel-related purposes, and we have strict privacy and anti-fraud policies in place.

10. Complaints Procedure

In-Destination: Any issues should be addressed with the service provider immediately (e.g., hotel manager). If not resolved, contact our customer care team in writing within 24 hours.

Liability: We will not accept responsibility for complaints not reported as per this procedure.

11. Special Requests

Special requests, such as room types and meal preferences, can be made but cannot be guaranteed.

12. Shopping

HELIKRO HOLIDAYS does not guarantee or recommend any products bought during your trip. The value of such items is your responsibility.

13. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for events beyond our control, including wars, epidemics, weather conditions, and natural disasters.

14. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking, excluding any additional costs incurred. We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential loss.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes will be resolved within the jurisdiction of Sri Lankan courts.
